The office of physiotherapy affairs OPA is established on September 18 th, 1996 by the ministerial order No. 360/1996. The director and the staff of OPA are working hard with all superintended physiotherapy in Kuwait hospitals for developing the physiotherapy services in the ministry of health through several activities which include establishing specialty in all physiotherapy fields, giving high attention in training the students of the allied medicine and nursing collage (physiotherapy department) in ministry hospitals, and follow up the training program of its graduates, doing the studies of the ministry requirements of human resources and physiotherapy equipments, and other scientific activities.
